The Ripley’s Believe it or Not Odditorium is a museum like none you’ve ever experiences. Only here will you find a showcase that celebrates the odds and the weird in our world. Opened in Times Square on June 21, 2007, Ripley’s Time Square Odditorium houses abnormal relics such as the world’s largest gallery of authentic shrunken heads, a section of the Berlin wall and a 3,197 lb meteorite.

How did it start?

For 40 years Robert Ripley traveled the world collecting items. He only took the time to research and find artifacts in which he knew no one would believe without seeing. His vast gatherings that have been praised as "amazing", "ludicrously strange", and "extremely amusing" are now on display for you to see, hear, and touch.

What can we expect when visiting?

Here, expect the unexpected. After parking your car rental in one of several parking garages in the area near Ripley’s Times Square you will enter a bizarre world where imagination meets reality. Some of the most well known items reserved for this museum are the collection of Olympic Torches, Ripley’s two headed calf, the albino giraffe, a carved wooden Mercedes, the cow mask medieval torture device and the double headed artifact.

Can I Hold an Event There?

The Extended Theatre can hold up to 120 guests and includes four interactive galleries. If you plan on inviting 800 of your closest friends please feel free to take the entire venue. It is also possible to hire exclusive Ripley’s performers such as fire breathers and sword swallowers.
